Ideas for what to do with pulp from power juicer?

fresh carrot pineapple juiceI got a power juicer recently and absolutely love it. However, there is a lot pulp left over then I feel bad wasting. Does anyone here have any creative ideas on where I can use the pulp. I had the idea of putting the extra vegetable pulp in my meatsauce for spaghetti but I obviously need more than one idea for it.

Maybe you could use it for an oil substitute in your cakes… I often substitute applesauce or banana for the oil in cake mixes.. You may have to experiment with it and try a few recipes out…
