I need the best fruit and vegetable juicer!!- how to find?

I need a juicer that has a strong and silent motor, takes whole fruits, extracts most of the juice, simple to clean, and less than 0. I was considering the power juicer elite but when I read the terrible reviews, I changed my mind. I would appreciate your suggestions. Thank you.
