what is the best way: ‘eat them whole’ or ‘juiced’ to get more vitamins and fiblre from vagitables and fruits ?

Hi i was  thinking which is good for me and my family-

  • ‘eat fruit and vegetables whole without juicing’
  • or take ‘juiced fruit and vegetables ‘

to  get more fiber and vitamins from fruits and veggies.

by the way,

I’m planning to buy the Power Juicer, but i need some help in deciding which regimen will be better for my body.
